Wild Foods Kitchen Food Truck
Launching in Summer 2025, Wild Foods Kitchen will be a food truck in the Treasure Valley, serving Organic, Gluten Free, whole food based fare that will have a focus on local grown seasonal food. Follow us on Instagram @wildfoodskitchen to get a schedule of the events where we will be.
Wild Foods Kitchen Bakery
Wild Foods Kitchen bakery items are 100% gluten free (celiac safe) organic, and whole foods based. We do not ever use seed oils in anything we make, and use as our main sweetener a sugar called Sucanat, which is actual sugar cane prior to being processed and stripped of all vitamins, minerals and fiber. Given that, our treats are often darker than most, and have an added depth of flavor, and nutrition given the vitamins, minerals and fiber are still in tact. Whenever we use other sweeteners they are always organic and the most nutrient dense we can find. We aim to use local ingredients whenever we can, and when we can’t we source the most ethical, regenerative sources of food available with an emphasis on supporting small family farms. We also always have a smattering of plant based desserts and goodies featured as well, as we try to accommodate as many dietary needs as we can, because no matter what dietary needs or restrictions you have, you should be able to have a sweet treat. We are currently a featured vendor at several markets throughout the Treasure valley, and every week have custom orders and pre- orders available for pick up and delivery. Please see our ordering page for more details. To find out what markets we will be a featured vendor at, please follow us on instagram @wildfoodskitchen.
Wild Foods Kitchen Apothecary
Wild Foods Kitchen also makes a small variety of apothecary items that are gluten free, organic, whole foods based skin care. We are dedicated to making healthy food that nourishes your largest organ ( your skin!) gluten free and celiac safe as well. you can find these items at our market stands along side our bakery products.
“This is the power of gathering; it inspires us, delightfully, to be more hopeful, more joyful, more thoughtful: in a word, more alive.”
